Holding the Anger in

We've all had that moment where we have had to keep ourselves calm, whilst simultaneously boiling inside. It's not a good feeling.


Thankfully, there are many different ways to calm ourselves. We can take deep breaths, we can walk away or picture funny things inside our heads. The one thing we don't want to do is act on that angry feeling.
